WATER THERAPY

To Remember and Let it Go

“Water Therapy” is a healing technique used in the treatment of both physical and psychological ailments. This technique encompasses the healing power of water on both physical and mental levels and is conducted under the guidance of a therapist.

After learning the water therapy healing technique, Seda established this platform to enable more people to benefit from the guidance of water and continues her work to share her experience with others. If you also wish to experience the act of leaving behind the burdens, traumas, and difficulties you’ve carried from the womb to the moment of birth in the loving embrace of water, you can contact for individual water therapy sessions.

To provide information about water therapy, it’s important to note that approximately 99% of a person is composed of water when they are in the womb, and this percentage drops to about 90% at the moment of birth. About 73% of an adult brain and heart is filled with water. When we take factors like tears and the water in our blood into account, we realize that we are constantly intertwined with water. Water is an element where the soul first comes into contact with the body and carries deep memories. Water is considered a complex and sacred healer beyond its simplicity. Therefore, believing in water and letting go of it can lead to healing. At this point, the concepts of “Remember and Release (Let it go)” are sacred when immersed in water.

This sacred healing technique, known as “Water Therapy” or “Wataflow,” aims to help us leave behind the traumas, major difficulties, and burdens we have carried throughout our lives with the miraculous healing power of water. It emphasizes the miraculous power of water’s healing, especially for those with physical ailments and traumatic experiences, and encourages individuals to act with a philosophy and consciousness of how to feel better. Using kinetic energy applied on the surface of the water, it regulates your chakras and helps you heal with the power of water.

In the spiritual healing sessions of water therapy she received in Mexico, Seda mentions that she found all the answers to her inner questions from water. During this experience, she had fun, laughed, danced, played, sang, and even cried during her training. However, most importantly, she remembers that she truly remembered when she completely surrendered to the water. This experience made her feel reborn; she emerged from the water just like she had come out of her mother’s womb and took her first steps on the ground. Experiencing this transformation was only possible with her complete trust in the wisdom of water. Therefore, she has deep love and respect for water.

The purpose of this sacred healing technique, known as "Water Therapy" or "Wataflow," is to help us leave behind the traumas, major difficulties, and burdens we carry throughout our lives with the miraculous healing power of water. I particularly emphasize the healing power of water for those with physical ailments and trauma experiences. In the water therapy sessions I received in Mexico, I obtained all the answers to my inner questions from water. During this experience, I had fun, laughed, danced, played, sang, and even cried during the sessions. But most importantly, when I completely surrendered to the water, I remembered. This experience made me feel reborn; I had emerged from the water just as I had come out of my mother's womb and set foot on the earth. This transformation was possible with my complete trust in the wisdom of water. Therefore, I have a deep love and respect for water. Now, I want to share this experience with others and help more people benefit from the guidance of water. If you also want to experience leaving behind the burdens, traumas, and difficulties you have carried from the womb to the moment of birth in the loving arms of water, you can contact me for an individual water therapy session.

Frequently Asked Questions About Water Therapy (Wataflow);

The receiver lies on their back on the surface of the water while performing various technical and kinetic exercises to balance their chakras. You can imagine dancing in the water. In this way, the receiver lightens with the help of water, reducing not only physical discomfort but also emotional tension. When you feel weightless in the water, you can release yourself physically and emotionally. It’s more than just a massage; it clears the mind, relaxes the body, and makes the person more whole with their true self, enabling integration with water. Water relaxes muscles, regulates spinal health, and helps the mind flow like water. The therapist guides the movements of your body throughout the session. Water is a healing element. Water therapy involves the healing of your body, mind, and spirit by water through a therapist. Studies show that every individual is unique, and each session is different. The surface and underwater allow the person to be carried by the water itself. At this point, the concepts of surrender and trust are extremely important. Surrender means letting go of the body and carrying no more burdens; water carries you. In this work performed in the water, a water therapist moves the upper and lower extremity areas by using massage, passive, and active kinetic exercises, allowing the person to move from stagnation to chaos and eventually to flow, thus ensuring relaxation. Energy blockages in the person’s body are opened during this process. In summary, while water heals you, the therapist serves as a mere channel.

Be alone: It’s important to spend time alone after the session because you may experience some internal insights.

Relax: During water therapy sessions, there can be various physical and emotional effects on your body. Therefore, after the session, make sure to relax. You may feel tired, so giving your body a chance to rest is important.

Stay hydrated: After experiencing the healing power of water, drinking water can become more meaningful. Staying hydrated is important as it is believed that water can help balance the energy in your body.

Give yourself time: It’s possible to have emotional experiences after the session, which is completely normal. Allow yourself time to process and digest these experiences.

Take notes: Taking notes of the emotional and mental experiences you have during or after the session can be useful for future sessions. It can help you track the progress of the sessions and your personal growth.

Provide feedback to the therapist: After the session, express your experiences and feelings to the therapist clearly. This will help the therapist assist you better.

It varies depending on the individual. The session usually lasts approximately 30-35 minutes. In the first 10 minutes, we focus on breathing, meditation, and setting intentions. Afterward, I guide you into the water, and we start the session with you lying on your back on the water’s surface. In the final stage, I bring you back to land and conclude with a Thai massage.

It is recommended not to consume alcohol a day before the session and to drink between 2 to 2.5 liters of water. Avoid eating a meal about 2 hours before the session. Please try to be as relaxed as possible and trust in me. You won’t need to exert effort when I guide you into the water; you will experience a significant sense of relaxation as the session begins.

I conduct water therapy sessions in various aquatic environments, including pools, thermal baths, hot tubs, oceans, seas, lakes, and any other place where you can access water. I tailor this therapy according to the preferences of the clients.

I have not encountered this issue because I provide ear and nose plugs to my clients before the session. If you trust and follow the instructions, you can be sure that water will not enter your ears.

While 2-3 sessions may be sufficient for some clients, others find healing in a single session. Therefore, conducting the first session to assess your needs and provide the most suitable recommendation is necessary. It depends entirely on you and your needs. Some clients may experience significant changes even in a single session.

The answer to this question depends on the importance of surrender. If the receiver has released their tension and surrendered, then I allow the receiver to submerge into the water so they can be alone with themselves in the mystical world of water. Each session is tailored to the individual’s body form, and everyone embarks on their own journey and experiences it differently. In short, since every person is unique, every session is unique. The experience between being on the water’s surface and being underwater can vary. Once again, I use nose and ear plugs during my sessions to prevent water from entering the body.

I had the incredible opportunity to experience Seda Oturan’s water therapy sessions in three stunning locations: Cuba, the Cayman Islands, and the Bahamas. Seda’s remarkable skill and expertise in the field of water therapy, along with her ability to harness the power of water for healing, is truly extraordinary. Each session was a sacred ritual — an exquisite fusion of nature’s innate beauty and Seda’s therapeutic mastery. Seda took a holistic approach, combining healing techniques with the soothing properties of water, which transformed and empowered my body, mind, and spirit. I felt a profound connection to the natural world around me, and Seda’s guidance led me to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. I felt as though I was being cradled by the ocean itself, and any stress or tension I had carried with me simply melted away.

Seda’s genuine passion for healing, her warm and caring demeanor, combined with her extensive knowledge of water therapy, made each experience feel personalized and deeply meaningful. She took the time to explain the therapeutic benefits of each technique, creating a sense of connection and understanding that enhanced my overall experience.

If you have the opportunity to partake in one of her sessions, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Prepare to immerse yourself in a transformative journey that will leave you feeling not only rejuvenated but also deeply connected to the power of water and its ability to restore both body and soul.

It was last summer on Bozcaada, and we discovered a lot of cozy, secret beaches. Just you, the sun, the sea, the sands, all the details of amazing nature. At that time, my relationship with the sea was not good because I had moved very far away from it, and I didn’t know why. But when I was in high school, I swam like dolphins 🙂, and I believe everything happens for a reason, like meeting Seda. After she heard the story, she decided to put me to water, and it was absolutely mind-blowing for me. I tried water therapy for the first time in my life. She’s like a mother of the water, like Gaia. I feel very comfortable in the sea again. And her voice… She has a secret in her voice, like telling a story about ancient Earth. I’m very grateful to have met you, Seda. Keep the peace, everyone! ✌️

I have experienced water therapy first hand accompanied by Ms. Oturan’s services, and all there was to describe it was a feeling of joy. Stress from any type of work or external feelings seem to disappear as one floats along the water with a slight glimmer from the sun shining into their eyes.
It is a one of a kind experience and I would recommend it to everyone who happens to get the chance!

Hello 🌸, I am Berfin. Last year in August, during a period when I was psychologically drained, we were on vacation with Seda in Göcek. She conducted our first water therapy session here. As someone who has previously experienced reiki and access the bars, I can say that the experience with Seda was unique. This is because Seda is a very different person not only in her therapy but also in her social life, with her energy and aura. She merges with the therapy and takes you to a different world. Thank you, Seda ❤️, for relaxing my body, mind, and soul…
